1.5 焊接压力容器的分类

1.5.1 就本规则而言,壳厚超过38mm的压力容器被划分为1级。
1.5.2 就《规则》而言,符合以下条件的压力容器被划分为2/1级和2/2级。
a) 设计压力超过1.72MPa,或
b) 金属温度超过150℃,或
c) 设计压力(MPa)乘以壳体的实际厚度(mm)超过15.7,或
d) 壳体厚度不超过38毫米。
1.5.3 就本规则而言,第3类压力容器的最大壳体厚度为16毫米,是不包括在第1、2/1或2/2类中的压力容器。

1.5 Classification of fusion welded pressure vessels

1.5.1 For Rule purposes, pressure vessels are graded as Class 1 where the shell thickness exceeds 38 mm.

1.5.2 For Rule purposes, pressure vessels are graded as Class 2/1 and Class 2/2 if they comply with the following conditions:

a) where the design pressure exceeds 1,72 MPa, or

b) where the metal temperature exceeds 150°℃, or

c) where the design pressure, in MPa, multiplied by the actual thickness of the shell, in mm, exceeds 15,7, or

d) where the shell thickness does not exceed 38 mm.

1.5.3 For Rule purposes, Class 3 pressure vessels are to have a maximum shell thickness of 16 mm and are pressure vessels not included in Classes 1,2/1 or 2/2.
